Yoga Innovations first introduced hot yoga to the South Hills in 2010, and has been sharing their passion with students of all ages ever since!
In 2012, owner Claire Baer inherited the studio from its original founder, Dana Barone, and upholds the Yoga Innovations philosophy that yoga is a practice that everyone can enjoy! So whether you’re an experienced yogi interested in Power Fusion and teacher training, or a beginner who can’t touch your toes, Yoga Innovations has a class just right for you.
They specialize in yoga for each member of the family, from Prenatal Yoga, Strong Mamas and Mommy and Me classes (all taught by yogi mamas themselves) to Family Yoga and our new Golden Warriors program for seniors. Their goal is to help everyone in the community create a stronger version of themselves through experiencing life with yoga.
